Etiquette

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time to allow your therapist sufficient time to conduct a consultation and tailor the treatment to your individual needs. Upon arrival, you will be invited to change and will be provided with a robe, towel, and slippers. Suitable swimwear is required.

To ensure all guests enjoy their experience, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time so that subsequent appointments are not delayed. We appreciate your understanding.

We understand that plans may occasionally change. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for individual treatments and 48 hours’ notice for spa day bookings. Cancellations made with less than the required notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may incur a charge equal to the full cost of the treatment or spa day. Full payment is required at the time of booking for all treatments and spa day packages.
